With over 20 years’ experience supporting others in education and training, I now work across business owners, employees, job seekers, corporate and welfare to work organisations, to bridge the gap between health and work.
My passion is to empower others to reach their business and work goals, in-spite of health or disability hurdles. and to that end, raise the awareness of employers and businesses in their persuet of an inclusive workforce, and workplace well-being environment. Tudor Rose Workplace Wellbeing Consultancy (registered as Tudor Rose Business Services) was born in Feb ’17. With a background in education and training policy, with providers, practitioners, and young people, two grown up adopted children, and having Spina Bifida, health and employment issues myself, I am well equipped. I know what it’s like.
Together, with clients we develop person centred practical solutions, and encourage a ‘can do’ mindset. While we champion bridging the gap between health and work.
